An early hardware prototype being tested on a workbench

What we build

How we approach it

A prototype has one job: answer a question honestly. Does the sensor survive the rain? Will farmers use the app weekly? Does the unit cost survive volume?

We define the question first, build the smallest thing that answers it, and put it in front of reality. If it fails, you've paid for an answer — not a promise.
